  JOB DESCRIPTION
This person will assist and support the Senior Multimedia Consultant in the Lifestyle sales department. Their sole purpose is to relieve Consultant from daily client servicing tasks such as data entry/management of activity, prospecting, and research to enable them to increase productivity of self generated new business.

Primary responsibilities:
• Handles all incoming advertising inquiries promptly. Volume of calls average 30-50 calls per month.
• Serve as the client point of contact for account if Consultant is not available
• Assist Consultant with client maintenance issues as needed
• Compile marketing materials in support of client presentations
• Generate daily and weekly activity reports for Consultant
• Maintain and generate prospect/leads lists for Consultant as needed for special revenue initiatives
• Maintain Consultant calendar; assist with setting and confirming sales appointments as needed
• Deliver magazines to clients monthly as needed
• Create and process contracts
• Process prospect ad specs request for new prospects and work with production if needed on new creates. Work with client to get all necessary elements.
• Administrative responsibilities as assigned or requested
• Attend community events with or without rep to ensure presence in community.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• College degree or equivalent experience required
• Knowledge of the sales and marketing tools used in multi-platform sales
• Basic understanding of the advertising industry
• Basic math proficiency
• Ability to communicate account information to consultants and clients; effective use of verbal and writing skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and clients
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to meet deadlines; adapt quickly to change; take initiative to assist clients and team

Familiarity with an office environment gained through 1 – 2 years of administrative and/or advertising work experience is preferred. Qualified candidates must possess solid customer service skills, strong PC/MS Office Suite skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, exceptional organizational, clerical, and phone skills required. Data entry at 35 words per minute. Qualified individual will be goal-oriented, ambitious, team player with an attitude for success. Valid driver’s license and vehicle required. Excellent knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, databases.
