Medium sized Daytona Beach based non-profit organization is searching for an experienced HR Director. Position will be based in Daytona Beach, with occasional travel to other locations.
The successful candidate will have
BS/BA in Business Administration/Human Resources or a related field
A minimum of 3-5 years Human Resource Generalist experience, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Non-profit experience a plus.
PHR certification preferred.
Proven ability to manage recruiting, onboarding, employee relations and performance management.
Change management experience and focus.
