Admissions Manager
Job Type: Full Time
Department: Admissions
Description:
• Responsible for teams monthly starts.
• Responsible for team’s daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly performance goals.
• Facilitate daily accountability and team discussions.
• Identify areas of strength and areas of improvement amongst individual team members and coach them on their areas of improvement.
• Inspire, motivate, educate and support 8-11 Admissions Representatives in staying focused and driving toward daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
• Provide real time feedback to promote continued education and sales training amongst the team.
• Assist team members with setting goals and creating plans for achievement of goals.
• Facilitate student and parent concerns related to Full Sail enrollment.
• Hold standards for discipline.
• Review team member’s performance on a quarterly basis.
• Facilitate a sense of community.
Requirements:
• At least 4 years sales/management experience
• At least 2 years recruiting in an academic setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Highly motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
Education/Training: Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing, Human Resources or relevant field.
