JOB DESCRIPTION |
|
This individual is responsible for the development of new programming and effective implementation of high quality services including but not limited to child care related programs including sports, after school, summer camp, child development & teen center. Primary accountabilities include fiscal management, fund raising, program and membership development, community development and staff development. This position is expected to attend Association and branch functions during and after operational hours as well as on weekends and holidays. We are looking for a Program Director to join our team at the following location:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS in sports management or related field
3 - 5 years experience managing multiple departments
Experience with fiscal management, membership growth and retention, fund raising, program management, community relationship building, and facility care
Aquatic department oversight a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft office and general finance based computer applications
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment
SALARY RANGE
$32K - $40K ANNUALLY
