Under the direction of the Central Supply Lead, the Central Supply Tech is responsible for the inventory receipt,
delivery, and restocking of par stations and issuing of emergency supplies to customers as required.
Responsible for the maintenance of par areas: labeling, organization, rotation of stock, removal of supplies for credit, assessment of proper par levels and departmental product requirements. Uses hand-held computer to
inventory par stations, downloads data at workstation, producing pick tickets that are processed and delivered to each departmental area Processes departmental manual notebook orders and delivers in a timely manner. Answers the telephone or customer requests with excellent customer service skills. Correctly receives shipments from UPS, DHL, Fed Ex, Vendors into computer system and delivers to designated locations in a timely manner. Maintains an organized and clean work area and dock staging area at all times.
High school diploma or equivalent is required. One year of experience in healthcare materials management preferred.
