Whisking Guests off to their next magical destination is just one of the many benefits of being a Bus Driver at the Walt Disney World ® Resort. Bus Drivers’ transport our Guests daily from reality to fantasy with enthusiasm and guest service skills that help make dreams come true every day.
Cast Members in Bus Operations drive multiple routes, based on Guest demand, across the Walt Disney World® Resort. Bus Drivers will gain an understanding of the entire property to answer Guest questions, spiel stops and safety information over a microphone, and operate a disabled lift to assist Guests utilizing wheelchairs to gain access to the bus.

A valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Though not necessary to apply for the role, a Commercial Driver License (CDL will be required if hired into the role. Paid training for the CDL will be provided and candidates are required to pass the CDL exam.
Bus Drivers now receive a starting rate of $10.55 an hour. Full-time Cast Members may also be eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus paid vacation and sick leave. All Cast Members receive Theme Park admission and discounts at select dining, merchandise, and recreation locations.
