This Fiserv business unit, which focuses on the global large bank market, requires a talented product manager to define the strategy and assist in the evolution of Fiserv Internet Banking solutions to the large bank market.
POSITION PURPOSE
Fiserv has world class internet banking solutions and the successful candidate will be required to work with the eBanking group to define market requirements and support the delivery to market of these solutions within the division. The product manager will be the voice of the market to the development organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Define market requirements for Internet Banking solutions
2. Works with product marketing to develop marketing programs
3. Participate in the planning and design of products through all stages of the product life-cycle
4. Conduct marketing presentations to clients and prospects
5. Engage with clients and prospects to understand market needs
*Travel will form a part of the job role, including overseas travel
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent field. Equivalent work experience may be substituted.
Job Related Experience: A minimum of 5 years relevant work related experience. Work with Internet Banking solutions is preferred. Banking industry knowledge preferred.
Functional Area/Skills/Knowledge: Strong knowledge of existing and emerging Internet capabilities in Financial Institutions and other industries. Candidates must be able to effectively work at all levels of the Fiserv organization. Proven effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task/manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Capacity to work both independently and in a team, with multiple organizational/management levels and functional departments. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work priorities. Must be able to make decisions and resolve problems using experience and professional judgment, and provide analysis or advice regarding the use of funds, equipment and resources.
