Today, more than 30 years later, the company is Central Florida�s leading publisher of high-end in-room hotel and tourist-related visitor publications and lifestyle magazines, publishing 23 unique publications/products designed to reach and appeal to Central Florida's upscale visitors and residents.

VS Publishing built an undisputed reputation for excellence and became the leader in Central Florida tourism marketing with 11 products targeting visitors to the area. In late 2005, the publishing company diversified into the local market with the acquisition of Lifestyle Publications, a collection of upscale community lifestyle magazine titles published monthly for residents in 13 of Orlando�s most affluent communities, increasing its annual circulation by more than 1,200,000; an average of 100,000 readers per month.

The acquisition also expanded the number of products published by VS Publishing Company from 11 to 23, growing its product offerings and diversifying its readership demographic and reach through five distinct company divisions: tourism mass marketing, tourism group sales referral marketing, tourism brand marketing, local lifestyle publications and ancillary products.

Lifestyle is a complimentary monthly magazine directly mailed to more than 100,000 Central Florida residents who possess the highest median household income in a specifically defined geographic area. This four-color, glossy magazine's editorial focus includes arts and culture, people and family, health and fitness, relationships and entertainment. The widely read publication has built an affinity with the communities it serves by offering human interest stories that directly reflect the people, places and events within each community. Central Florida Lifestyle Publications four unique regional editions are the Southwest Edition covering Windermere, Dr. Phillips and MetroWest; the Centra Edition covering Downtown, Winter Park, Maitland and College Park; the Northern Edition covering Lake Mary, Heathrow, Altamonte Springs and Longwood; and the Eastern Edition covering Lake Nona, Avalon Park and Waterford & Stoneybrook area.
