JOB DESCRIPTION |
|
Provides customer service to members, employees, providers and vendors across all Group Health Products. In addition provides clerical/administrative support and back-up to Group Health Department.
High school diploma, or GED with 1-3 years customer service experience, preferably within a health insurance claims environment. Proficient in operation a personal computer, including knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and access.
