Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Summary: Full time administrative assistant to provide support to Vice Presidents of Field Operations and Policy Services.
Skills & Knowledge: Strong computer skills are essential. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook. Excellent customer service and communication skills required. Must maintain a professional appearance.
Experience: A minimum 2 years experience in an office setting and at least 2 years related computer experience.
Duties & Responsibilities: • Order office supplies • Scan and distribute daily mail • Schedule travel arrangements • Maintain information on agencies and agents • Coordinate functions of our loss control department and provide monthly reports • Set up user accounts for our website • Provide assistance to our various policy services departments • Special projects as needed
