  JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB OVERVIEW
Senior Wellness Directors are responsible for providing excellent leadership to the wellness department and increasing member retention. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, effective customer service and product knowledge, passion for communicating the benefits of healthy lifestyles and ability to design/implement programs tailored to the needs of the community.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • BA/BS in Exercise Science or related field strongly preferred
  • 3-5 years of strong supervisory skills demonstrated in past job experiences
  • 5-7 years previous customer service experience in a wellness environment
  • Desire to interact with people of all ages and exercise levels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • CPR/AED and First Aid Certification
