|
The position involves promoting/marketing our services to organizations that are in contact with individuals who need Specialty Attorney representation.
-Superb organizational skills are a must. Local travel directly to customers as well as great phone skill is necessary. Preference given to those with establishes recruiting, marketing, promoting and or sales experience; Perfect position for someone who already has established contacts with religious organizations, large agricultural companies and or large community service organizations. Specifically, the focus of the M and P representative is to promote our services with presentations, one-to-one sessions and or community activity participations.
-To succeed in this position you will enjoy working to targets and will have a strong desire to succeed. The compensation structure offered by this position is triggered from revenue and volume parameters - it is designed to provide excellent compensation to the best performer - so it will help if you are naturally competitive and like to win. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and will enjoy working in a creative, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.
This could be part time or full time position.

Position Requirements:
-Excellent oral -presentation- skills
-Spanish and English complete competency is mandatory; Creole is a plus.
-Microsoft Office products – specifically, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
-4-5 years B2B outside sales experience, minimum
-Dependable transportation
-Prospecting, marketing, and closing the sale skill
-Account management and customer service skills
-Personal motivation for success, creativity, and sense of humor
-The ability to build long lasting relationships with customers
