Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. Prior insurance or sales experience is not required, and coaching is provided to help you succeed.
Licensed 220 or 215 is preferred but not required. Depending on performance sponsorship may be provided to attain Insurance License. This is an office position with field opportunities.
Bilingual Desired (Spanish).
This position will include the following duties but is not limited to:
• To pursue prospective clients to do business with this agency
• To pursue other sales opportunities within our current client base
• To provide exceptional customer service daily to current and potential clients
• To meet monthly sales goals (individually and team)
• To personify the vision of this State Farm agency to current and potential clients
