JOB DESCRIPTION |
|
After-School Staff are responsible for implementing and supervising all aspects of daily activities for children registered in the program. Elementary School staff ensure that the YMCA is hosting a successful after school program that will foster children’s social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth in a safe and well-organized environment. This program is a unique program within the Central Florida YMCA, as these positions are year round positions – staff work on site at Orange County School locations during the ten month school year and work Summer Camp during the eight-ten weeks of Summer Camp.
We are looking for School Staff at the following locations NOW:
Alomia Elementary
Cypress Springs Elementary
Dillard Street Elementary
Dommerich Elementary
Lake Sybelia Elementary
Lake Whitney Elementary
Moss Park Elementary
Three Points Elementary (BS only)
West Creek Elementary
Wyndham Lakes Elementary

***Before school hours: 7:00 am – 8:30 am
***After-school hours: 1:45 pm – 6:00 pm
**Flexible schedules consist of before-school only, after school only or Both
JOB REQUIREMENTS
2 years previous child care experience
Desire and ability to work with children of all ages
Demonstrated responsibility and dependability
Excellent communication skills
CPR/AED and First Aid Certification
