  JOB DESCRIPTION
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, manage and market the licensing (contracts, license agreements, permissions and rights) of CCCI and non-CCCI ministries for ministry uses of 'JESUS' film resources, including and giving particular attention to broadcasting uses of the various JFP media formats (TV, Internet, Radio, etc.)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES including but not limited to the following:
• Prepare all JFP contracts, including but not limited to: Distribution, TV, Clips/Still/Audio usage, New Products, and Derivative Works.
• Be responsible for the tasks and projects associated with organization, assistance, review, maintenance, administration, and tracking of contracts and correspondence related to licensing.
• Write, rewrite and flexibly adapt contracts within the purposes of JFP in order to fulfill the mission and principles of CCCI and the JFP globally.
• Work closely with JFP leadership and CCCI General Counsel’s office to keep current on policies and procedures and to ensure data is captured as needed. Educate all pertinent JFP staff on contract policies, procedures, licensing requirements, and broadcast marketing.
• Coordinate contract renewals.
• Market JFP products for broadcasting.
• Network within the Campus Crusade for Christ International (CCCI) family and with non-Campus Crusade for Christ ministries, partners, potential partners, and vendors.
• Interact as needed to facilitate status reports, royalty payment processing, and reporting requirements. Prepare and maintain as needed.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Demonstrate excellent organization, and strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Must have good reconciling and auditing skills, be accurate and timely.
Must have great oral and written communication skills and be an effective listener and communicator, and know correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation and vocabulary.
Be detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
Be a flexible self-starter who can work with minimum supervision and under pressure.
Must have thorough knowledge of practices and excellent computer skills, using current Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), as well as experience with spreadsheets.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
AA degree or Bachelor's degree (preferred) plus 3 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
