Description

The Recruiter is responsible for developing creative recruitment strategies, including advertising, recruitment strategies, screening and evaluating applications, interviewing and extending job offers. The recruiter will also quote salaries for internal and external candidates following the BayCare compensation philosophy. Additional responsibilities include (Recruitment) Manager Self Service questions as well as coordinating internships as applicable and other duties that are assigned. This individual reports to the Manager or Director of Talent Acquisition. Associates degree is required with 2 years of experience in Human Resources or 5 years of experience in Human Resources in lieu of Associates. Bachelor's degree is preferred, PHR or SPHR preferred.
