PBX Operator (Flexible Shift) - Caribe Royale
The ideal candidate will have to provide excellent guest service, while ensuring efficiency and accuracy of the daily operations. Must have to learn and practice proper telephone procedures – how to answer phone, place a call, or transfer calls.
Previous PBX, call center, or administrative experience is preferred. Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
