The Sr, Business Systems Analyst will have primary resposibilty within the Finance modules of BayCare's Infor10 environment. The role will support AP and various other departments in the Finance Shared Service Department. A mix of techincal and business knowledge for the areas supported is a must. The preferred skills are:Minimum 7 years Lawson; Minimum 5 years supporting Lawson users; 5 Years AP in Lawson Software as super user; Experience with MA (Matching) in Lawson; Lawson Add-In; ImageNow/ Perceptive Content; Experience testing new bank accounts; Non-Profit; EDI and ODAP; MHC; Intellias; GHX/Vendor Portal; Document Imaging; Basic knowledge of Lawson role based security is as plus.

The Senior Business Systems Analyst has a solid background and understanding of business functional areas, business processing issues and ERP application systems used. Takes ownership for collecting business needs requirements and configuring financial systems to meet user's expectations. Supports finance managers and team members by being the go-to expert to assist with daily processing, troubleshooting and updating the application setup. Analyzes complex business challenges and propose both people and system process improvements. Leads system upgrade efforts by studying and communicating benefits and features of application upgrades and then coordinating participation and testing efforts. Also assist with period processing and provides application training. May act as project leader for designed projects and perform other duties as assigned. Additional required skills includes system and business process testing skills, solutions oriented mindset, and knowledge of Financial processes.
