Supervisor, Food & Beverage

Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor. The candidate can expect tasks from a wide variety of responsibilities in the areas of administrative support, guest services, banquet and catering, and park operations.

Prior banquet/catering and/or guest services experience is a plus. The candidate must have great people skills and a highly energetic personality with a desire to learn new things. The candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager on special event setup and execution plus the opportunity to work in many different areas within the park. The candidate needs some experience working with Excel spreadsheets inputting data as they will learn how to analyze product costs and sales trends within the various areas. The candidate will take inventory and also develop ad hoc spreadsheets. Candidate can expect to work flexible hours.
