Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort has a Garde Manger Chef de Partie position The Chef de Partie supervises the entire culinary team for the assigned outlet. The Chef de Partie will assist with creating menu recipes, creating specials, and completion of inventory orders. The position will run the line, and entire kitchen in the absence of the Garde Manger Chef. Ability to train employees on menus, recipes, and cooking procedures. Will be responsible for attending any and all meetings in the absence of Garde Manger Chef. Must be extremely organized, as this position is tasked with overseeing Garde Manger banquet kitchen as well. The ideal candidate must have strong communication, and computer skills. Must be “Food Safe Certified”, and Bichstreet knowledge is a plus.
