The Education Specialist - CFL assesses, develops, implements, and leads activities to maintain and improve professional competence, and growth of team members, designs, implements, and supports team member development, designs creative and interactive learning opportunities, evaluates program outcomes, travels within the health systems service area using own transportation and perform other duties as assigned. Current CPR from an approved provider for unit based educators
Hours and days may vary depending on customer needs. Travel to BayCare sites using own transportation is required.
Experience in Ambulatory, Long Term Care or HomeCare setting experience is highly preferred.
Qualifications Certifications and Licensures Required CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Preferred CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Instructor Required RN (Registered Nurse) Or Related Field
