Description

Evaluates and develops specific treatment programs for individual patients/residents based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy. Responsible for providing the appropriate level of clinical direction for Physical Therapy Assistants; Rehabilitation Technicians; Massage Therapists; Athletic Trainers; Fitness Specialists; Physical Therapy and Physical Therapy Assistant students and volunteers.

Qualifications

Certification:

BLS Required

NDT, SI & Manual Therapy Preferred

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Required

Master's Preferred

Experience:

One Year Working in Physical Therapy Preferred

License:

Physical Therapy License from the State of Florida

or License Elig or Temp Permit

Required Specific Skills:

Work independently w/ minimal supervision
