Description

The Emergency Management and Security Systems Analyst - SJHS is the technical security lead for Security IT issues, and is directly responsible for the design, build and configuration of security system interfaces for hospital access control, security integration, visitor and ID oversight, IP video surveillance, video management software, security client workstations, programming and management of the panic alarm systems (Central Station monitoring), intercom and emergency communications, in-house systems design/engineering, The Analyst also has responsibilities for security surveys, detailed test and acceptance processes. This position is also responsible for the Emergency Management Program (EM) and HazMat operations for SJHS, coordinating operations with other St. Joseph's Hospitals. Develops and manages the EM plan, Emergency Operations plan, and overall emergency preparedness for the SJHS campus. Assists SJHS Leadership to ensure Joint Commission (JC) and other regulatory compliance and serves as the SJHS liaison with outside and community entities. Works with Facilities to manage the fire safety and preparedness program, serving as SJHS Fire Marshall. Provides team member training/education for EM, fire safety, HazMat and Environment of Care (EOC). Responsible for campus Access Control System operations and project management . ICS Training 100 200 700 800 required. CHEP required within 1 year of hire. FEMA PDS required within 6 months of hire. Knowledge of PassagePoint, PremiSys system, IdentiPass system, Network Client, Network client, Nextiva, Verint Systems, Motobotix IP cameras, panic alarms, Wireless Inovonics Devices, and Altronix Systems is required.
