Sales Manager, Event Technology

etech is looking for a full time Sales Manager in SE Orlando, FL .

Our customers perform large meetings and events throughout the country.  We are seeking a sales manager to lead our inbound sales and marketing process and team.

A good fit for this role has experience in a business to business environment overseeing the buying process, managing a small team and familiar with sales/marketing technology tools. A hospitality or project based business background is ideal for our environment.   A passion for new technology and a consultative style is a must.

You have:

Experience in selling/managing Fortune 1000 accounts
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
Financial literacy, budgeting and an understanding of pricing/margin structures
Grown and managed a team
Persistence, dedication and thoroughness working through the transition of a sale to execution of services for clients
The personality to work in an entrepreneurial fast moving culture
Great listening and relationship building skills
Ability to travel up to 10%

Compensation: This position is a full time salaried role with commission plan. Additionally, this position is eligible for company profit sharing, 401k, medical, dental, LTD, PTO, cell phone allowance and holidays. Normal working hours are typically M-F, but can change due to travel and event schedules.  Our office is dog friendly!
