Walt Disney World announced that they are holding a spring hiring event to fill over 3,500 open jobs. The mass hiring event throughout April and May is in line with their annual hiring trends in preparation to staff up before the busy summer days.

Hiring events are scheduled for their biggest needs including bus drivers, housekeepers, lifeguards, and culinary roles. Other positions such as Security hosts/hostesses are also in high demand.

To help attract candidates to apply, Disney is offering a hiring bonus for almost all positions. These hiring bonuses range from $500 to $3,000 depending on the job role and level.
