Platinum Creative – The award winning, in-house design agency for Full Sail University, is seeking an experienced, web-driven Sr. Designer with strong front-end development skills.
Our work focuses on film, music, video games, and other entertainment media for the highly sought-after 18-24 demographic. We offer a casual and creative work environment along with a competitive salary and full benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining multiple, large-scale web properties
- Creating interactive tools, icons, animations and highly-interactive components for the web
- Creating and presenting concepts in various stages of completion: sketches, storyboards, animatics, etc.
- Troubleshooting creative and online technical challenges
- Enhancing user experience through rich media, unique animation approaches and innovative delivery methods
- Provide creative support to junior design staff
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional design experience
- Solid understanding of current web standards and best practices
- Strong layout and typography skills with extreme attention to detail
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash
- Intermediate knowledge of XHTML and CSS
- Java Script, PHP, and XML skills are a plus
- Ability to concept and design across a broad range of styles
- Must be able to take direction from Art Directors and Creative Director
- Ability to take a project from concept to completion
- Comfortable with working collaboratively and independently
