JOB DESCRIPTION |
|
The Customer Service Rep. 2 performs a variety of various job functions that include providing prompt handling of requests for services, resolving/handling customer inquiries and complaints, processing orders, ringing sales, communicating with the customer via e-mail, phone, fax, etc. Works with minimum supervision. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned to support the daily activities of the department and company.
Requirements • High school education or equivalent is required • Minimum 1 year inbound call center experience • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills – verbal and written. Must be able to effectively and accurately communicate the written word, via email, and the spoken word, via telephone. • Ability to research using traditional and online resources • Working familiarity of various office equipment (telephone, computer, fax, copier, etc…) • Must be PC proficient with skills in Internet, MS Power Point, Excel, Word and Access. • CSS/Cognos • Ability to type 45 wpm • 10-Key proficiency
