About SoftRock

At SoftRock, “Whatever it Takes” is not just a tagline; it is an attitude. Since our inception in 2005, SoftRock has never shied away from taking chances and being different.

Many companies use catch phrases like “corporate culture” or “visionary solutions” to hide their bland work environment and uninspired employees. Not us.

SoftRock challenges the norm. We don’t play it safe. We make money and we have fun.

Let’s start with a $1,600 investment and build that into a $250 Million dollar business in less than ten years.

We like flag football so why don’t we create our own league with stats, drone footage, uniforms and make every game a tailgate party.

Let’s go into the employment and education space with an untested concept and become the fastest website in history to register one million users.

The largest HR convention is coming to Orlando so we should throw a “Rock of Ages” party for 1,000 VIP guests with four tribute bands and have chauffeured cars, open bars, five buffets and do it all in two weeks.

Let’s adopt a local children’s home for the holiday season and give them every present they want. Because we can and we should.

Sales support technology is antiquated so why don’t we build a game changer; a platform that allows for both unparalleled customer interaction and specialists to double their income.

Let’s kick off Spring Break with a massive party and let’s get our CEO to dress up like the George Michael of Wham! and karaoke to “Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go”.

How about a surprise ambush on our Tech team with super soakers and water balloons but afterwards let’s make amends with free beer, tacos and “SoftRock Got Me Wet” t-shirts.

Why limit cookouts to just the 4th of July? Let’s have one every week and theme them so we can deck out the building and have employees dress up and win prizes.

To all statements SoftRockers have and always will respond with “Whatever it Takes!” We walk it. We don’t just talk it.
