PlusOne Solutions is currently seeking a Sales Account Executive to join the team to expand existing accounts and develop new clients using the PlusOne Solutions sales development process. Working out of the corporate office in Orlando, FL. the sales territory is North America. First year base plus commission earning potential is more than $100K!
• Develop, cultivate and penetrate target territory market to generate new account revenue and expanding existing client service offerings.
• Enter new and updated customer and sales data into PlusOne CRM
• Follow and utilize PlusOne’s sales system including needs assessment, proposal and contract generation in prospecting and closing target business.
• Additionally identify client’s proper buying influence, correctly identify their service needs, the reasons they occur and match PlusOne Solutions to solve their challenges.
• Build and develop client relationship and referrals.
• Develop an effective professional network by participating in organizations and events that foster opportunities.
• At least 3 years demonstrated success in outsides sales along with 2 plus years of business development.
• Must possess at least at 2 year AA degree; BA/BS preferred
• Must have experience working with CRM
• Must be a closer, results oriented and money motivated
• Must be able to handle objections and rejections and recover lost business
• Demonstrate effective consultative sales approach
• Be a well-organized and a self-starter who is a team player
• Effective English communication required; bi-lingual abilities a plus.
• Overnight travel is 20%
