Job Description/Responsibilities:  Connection Specialists speak with prospective students via phone to discuss their interest in Full Sail University and transfer potential students to available Admissions Representatives.  They also provide overflow support for incoming calls and web chats.

Requirements:  Full-time, 40 hours per week; 12-9pm Mon-Fri; Available to work a weekend rotation, Saturdays 9am-6pm and Sundays 12-6pm; Flexibility is a must.

Education/Training: College degree preferred but will consider candidates without.

Skills Needed: Positive, professional with strong communication and customer service skills; Coachable with a strong work ethic and desire to grow; Able to adapt in a quickly changing work environment; Great attention to detail; Computer savvy - very familiar working with computers, MS Office applications, and navigating the Internet; Team-oriented.
