Areas of Responsibilities: 
1. Day to day operations and administration of a small business, including customer service and sales support
  - Order Fulfillment. Manage customer orders for custom apparel and ensure 100% accuracy, timeliness and and through pro-active planning, scheduling and regular coordination with the sales & production departments as well as with customers.
  - Issue Resolution. Attend to, validate, record and address customer issues and complaints. Develop and implement Case Resolution and Report System.
  - Customer Service. Champion post sale customer relations to lead to and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

2. Accounts Receivables/Collections. Process Invoice, Receive Payments, and ensure timely payment of all orders, Review and correct Invoices to ensure accurate billing of costs. 

3.Vendor Management/Accounts Payable. Act as primary liaison between company and foreign vendors, ensuring timely and accurate production of all orders. Create Purchase Orders, review and pay bills.

4. HR: Support owners with Staffing and Training, Office policies and procedures, process improvement and other admin functions

5. Conducting meetings, writing minutes, reporting to management to review office performance 

Requirements:

4. Interpersonal Skills: Must be assertive yet amicable in handling clients and sales team.
5. Self motivated, Positive attitude, and excellent people skills 
6. Highly Organized Multi-tasker: Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks at the same time and thrive under pressure and deadlines.
7. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills 
8. Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel
9. College Degree Preferred in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field 
10. A plus: Athletic, love sports, and have a can-do attitude.
