- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Sales, marketing & business development for all D&A services.
- Prepare proposals for, and participate in, bids of commercial and governmental entities.
- Oversees contract operations.
- Performs day-to-day liaison with building administrative personnel as needed.
- Performs Quality Control inspections as needed.
- Ensures customer satisfaction and contract requirements are met.
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations: OSHA, environmental protections, security and all other applicable.
- Maintain effective communications with clients and ensure timely response.
- Follow operating policies, procedures, budgets and goals.
- Monitor activities and achievements of each function on work.
- Develop and implement initiatives to meet business goals.
- Report preparation of daily activities.
- Review and analyze the P&L of all the contracts under his administration to be sure profitable and well managed.
- Responsible for maintain the contracts profit margins within the parameters required by the company.
- Account planning, territory management, organizational reporting and call frequency.
- New account sales and coordination of the sales process, including but not limited to:
- Prospect identification (cold calling) and qualification
- Communication with management level decision makers
- Estimating and budget development
- Proposal development, delivery and presentation. Participate in initial setup.
- Contract negotiation with Management approval
- Attend conferences, lunches and other business related activities with associations and customers.
- Occasional overnight travel will be required.
- Experience in the landscape industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
