Health Central Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a leader in resident centered care, is looking for an experienced Certified Dietary Manager to direct the day-to-day operations of our food service department.  CDM and supervisory experience required. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three years in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility or other related medical facility. Must posses a current license as a Certified Dietary Manager with Certified Food Protection Professional. Must be a graduate of an accredited course in dietetic training approved by the American Dietetic Association.
