Sales Professional - Entry Level

Central Florida's locally owned and leading Direct Marketing Firm is seeking a well qualified Sales Manager to join our office team! This is a full time position. We also offer competitive compensation and benefit packages

SUMMARY OF MARKETING MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM: Train in all areas to run a successful marketing firm with emphasis in recruiting, training and building high performance sales teams.

Some Job Duties Include: 

• Guide and direct sales consultant teams to ensure that new business is generated

• Represent the worlds largest telecommunication company to the public in line with our corporate values

• Meet personal origination goals

• Cultivate leadership and ethical values in self and others through modeling and teaching

• Mentor new sales associates and assist them in building referral networks Experience & Qualifications:

• 2-5 years' experience in successfully recruiting and leading sales teams

• Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating people

• High school diploma or GED

• College preferred

• Background check conducted
