SUMMARY: This position is an Inbound/Outbound (blended) Sales Agent. The primary purpose of this position is to sell remote owners additional inventory by contacting owners by telephone. The work day includes day and evening shifts making outgoing calls based on a script in a call center environment. This is a very versatile role in that our product is very universal. RESPONSIBILITIES: Contact and build rapport with Diamond owners and members via outbound/Inbound calls. Engage owners by creating interest in the campaigns being marketed. Gather and document information through a proper Discovery. Conduct sales presentations over the phone. Persuade and educates owners to add additional products/ points to their portfolio. Document conversations, set dates for follow up calls in the companies tracking system. Maintain accurate records in the marketing database efficiently and in a timely manner. Protect customers PII (Personal Identifiable Information) at all times. Ensure contracts and associated documents are properly executed. Review owner documents and associated collateral with new purchases. Assist in ensuring that all questions are answered in a professional, informative, diplomatic and correct manner. Must process $70K per month minimum in sales volume. Adhere to company policies and procedures Adhere to the federal “DO NOT CALL” Policy. Ensure all paperwork is fully completed, timely, and error free. Achieve personal and departmental sales objectives as provided or determined throughout the fiscal year. Develop a broad knowledge of company procedures, products and services. Participate in ongoing sales training and team collaboration efforts. Other duties as assigned by the manager. REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED Active Florida Real Estate License is REQUIRED 2 years of prior sales experiece within a “one call, one close enviorment” REQUIRED! Experience in sales or marketing within the Vacation Ownership/ Timeshare Industry Preferred Call Center Sales experience preferred but not required Must be comfortable selling over the telephone to exsisting clients Strong communication skills both verbal and written are REQUIRED. Must have an 'outgoing' personality” and the ability to communicate in a positive, enthusiastic manner. Must have the ablity to work with a high level of professionalism at all times. Must practice good follow through on each client Must be able to make decisions quickly and accurately Must be able to listen to customers’ needs and make accurate suggestions as it relates to customers requests. Must have ability to multi task Must be able to take direction from Management and adjust to company’s needs Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time Must be able to lift 25 pounds Schedule hours are Sunday-Thursday 2pm-10pm, you must be available to work the required shift Scheduled attendance requirements may change due to business needs
