As an Alorica B2B Business Account Sales Representative you will be working on behalf of our clients, who are the leaders in the financial industry and a leading consumer brand.  We will support you by providing guidance from experienced Sales professionals and training.  As your sales grow, your earning potential does as well through a combination of guaranteed base salary and earned commission.
 
Average first year earnings of $35,000-$45,000 - thru a combination of base salary, uncapped commission and bonus structure.
 
Responsibilities:
•    Sell products and services to businesses using consultative selling techniques.
•    Identify prospective customers using established lead methods.
•    Uncovering the needs and delivering the value while setting qualified appointments or closing the sale.
•    Participate in various incentive programs and contests designed to support achievement of production goals.
•    Meet goals for volume of quality new business quoted and written within company guidelines.

Qualifications
 
Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree preferred.
•    Experience in sales or client service environment preferred.
•    Highly effective communication skills – oral and written.
•    Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills.
•    Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective businesses.
•    Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment.
