Associate Attorney sought by Real Estate law firm in Maitland Florida. Focusing in the area of Community Association Law, will work in, but not limited to, the areas of collections, lien foreclosure, mortgage foreclosure, covenant enforcement, document drafting , real estate transactions, contracts and litigation work. This position will support partners in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be a results orientated individual with high energy, excellent analytical/problem solving capabilities and superior writing skills. Salary commensurate with experience, bonus plan with great earning opportunity and competitive benefit plan including health insurance and 401k.
