Position Summary:   Act as a liaison between Treasury Management Officer, Branch Staff, Commercial Relationship Officers and Deposit Operations to support the sales and processing of Treasury  Management Products and Services.  Perform various daily functions to support all sales officers as it relates to processing Treasury Management Service requests, applications and agreements.  Ensure proper completion of all required documentation for submittal to Deposit Operations for processing and implementation of services. 

Primary Functions:

·         Process applications for Treasury Management Services: including but not limited to, ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Wire Transfers, Internet Banking, APA analysis, Positive Pay, Sweeps, ACH Block/Filtering and Deposit Products generating contracts as needed.  Manage work flow process from application to Treasury Management Agreement execution.

 

·         Prepare and submit all Treasury Management applications obtaining the appropriate approvals by working with the Treasury Management Officer, Relationship Officer and applicable branch personnel. 

 

·         Assist the Treasury Management Officer with client proposals, verifying approvals of exception pricing during preliminary offers.

 

·         Serve as internal treasury sales resource for branch staff, Relationship Officers and Deposit Operations.

 

·         Provide support to all internal departments and external customers including ongoing support to corporate customers, responding timely to requests, taking corrective action as needed to ensure client satisfaction.

 

·         Input and maintain monthly pipeline reporting and monthly production reports.

 

·         Establish and maintain client files for Treasury Management products and services.

 

·         Establish and maintain appropriate monitoring system for fee waivers and exception pricing for Business Analysis customers.

 

·         Create tracking reports and special report requests as needed.

 

Required Qualifications and Skills:

·         High school diploma or equivalent.

 

·         Minimum 3 years of banking experience, one year in Treasury Management or Deposit Operations role.

 

·         Superior customer service skills.

 

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

·         Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word and Outlook).

 

·         Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
