We are currently seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for South Seminole Hospital Engineering in Longwood.

This position performs diverse duties including emergency and preventive maintenance of electrical distribution, mechanical, HVAC, power generation, plumbing, pneumatic tube system, medical gas systems, and building structures, as well as fulfill the requirements of various departments. Requirements include:

Education/Training

High school graduate or equivalent.

Licensure/Certification

Valid Florida driver’s license with no more than six (6) points, at least 21 years of age, and must be insurable under the Orlando Health insurance carrier’s requirements and standards.

Experience

Three (3) years experience required involving trade applications. One (1) years experience required if a trade or vocational school graduate.
