Job Title: Licensed Real Estate Agent
Reports To: Sales and Operations Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt

Position Description:
A Licensed Real Estate Agent is a salesperson who develops and maintains relationships with new and existing client base. He/She sells the company and its services, ensures client satisfaction and helps develop new business opportunities. An account manager has a set goal or quota daily and is responsible for meeting it. He/She develops long-term relationships, while also servicing existing accounts. He/She seeks out and indentifies new business opportunities; initiating communication with decision makers to assess their needs and sell his/her company’s products or services.
In addition to the above he/she is responsible for facilitating the purchase between his/her company and the end buyer. He/She will need to be proficient in computers and become experts in marketing timeshare ownership. An account manager is also responsible for servicing the client during the closing and transfer process should they require any further assistance. He/She will be responsible for returning emails and voicemails on a daily basis along with managing their own personalized accounts. Agents service the company by reducing liability while increasing revenue on a daily and monthly basis.
Responsibilities:
- Pre-qualify customers. All leads are generated in-house and are opt in format.
- Make initial sales calls with clients and follow-up phone calls to prospective customers.
- Solution selling and education of customers on services offered.
- Maintain lead tracking database and complete all required data entry of client information.
- Correspond with customers in a professional manner via email and telephone.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales quotas/goals.
- Negotiate between seller and buyer as a Transaction Agent.
- Facilitate in house inventory sales and meet a monthly quota.
- Edify the use of other services should the client not quality (i.e. SMTN; TSP; CJ)
- Maintain a high level industry knowledge and pricing.
Qualifications:
- Highly Motivated, Self-starter
- Phone sales background ideal, but not required!
- Licensed Real Estate Agent (State of Florida)
- Proficient computer skills a must (Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet based software applications)
- Ideal candidate will possess skills in overcoming objections and exceptional negotiating skills.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes night and weekends.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
