- 220 or 440 Florida Insurance License
- Personal Lines Property & Casualty experience or Commercial Lines experience in Sales and Customer Service.
- Experience with an Agency Management System (i.e. Applied TAM, AMS360, HawkSoft, etc.)
- Experience selling or servicing customers with multiple Auto and Homeowner Insurance Companies
