Since being incorporated in 1999, we have handled more timeshare closings than anyone. Today, we fully complete over one thousand timeshare transactions every month, all completed in a timely fashion and at a reasonable cost. Our Company has invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in a proprietary, state of the art computer system that allows us to handle all transfers with professionalism and efficiency. Our systems also allows the client to see the status of their transfer in real time, to provide real peace of mind. Our expert staff operates from our 35,000 sq ft headquarters located in Orlando, Florida - the heart of the Timeshare Industry.
This position will perform quality control checks on high volume of inventory. Thus, a sense of urgency and accuracy is essential. Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task. This position requires communicates with supervisors, sales team, resorts and counties. Position demands that goals be achieved on daily basis. Needs to have the ability to work well under pressure, fast paced environment

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
- Create new files in our tracking system (filetrac & Closers Choice)- completing all data required
- Review file for accuracy and quality (Please follow this procedure: Read file notes, review Clients Worksheet/ Follow the back to Basic Training Guideline)
- Document file with communication from all parties and move file accordingly thru the process
