Timeshare Closing Services, Inc. (www.timeshareclosingservices.com, is a licensed, bonded, underwritten and insured full service title company. Since being incorporated in 1999, we have handled more timeshare closings than anyone. Today, we fully complete over one thousand timeshare transactions every month, all completed in a timely fashion and at a reasonable cost. Our Company has invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in a proprietary, state of the art computer system that allows us to handle all transfers with professionalism and efficiency. Our systems also allows the client to see the status of their transfer in real time, to provide real peace of mind. Our expert staff operates from our 35,000 sq ft headquarters located in Orlando, Florida - the heart of the Timeshare Industry.

Position Summary:

This position will perform quality control checks on high volumes of inventory.  Thus, a sense of urgency and accuracy is essential. Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task. This position requires communication with supervisors, sales team, resorts and counties. Position demands that goals be achieved on daily basis. Needs to have the ability to work well under pressure, fast paced environment.

Skills Preferred:

• Customer Services Skills
• Good Written and Oral Communication Skills
• Computer Knowledge
• Timeshare Experience - Plus
• Recordation of documents (experience outside of Florida is a plus!)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

• Demonstrated proofreading skills
• Determine the Chain of Title
• Determine the impact of any recorded deed, lien or judgment
• Verify legal, vesting and regular searches that have been entered into system
• Review file for accuracy and quality check all documents to ensure they meet county requirements
• Request and Order Checks required for county and resort fees
