Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) Tampa, FL
Hillsborough County Developmental Center (HCDC), is a 64-bed residential center, is seeking an experienced professional to coordinate the habilitation process for individuals who are developmentally disabled.
The QIDP ensures that quality of care, services, and training are provided to residents. The person we seek is committed to giving each resident the opportunity to lead meaningful lives, be a part of the community, make personal choices and achieve maximum independence.
The QIDP reports directly to the Program Services Director and supervises staff to ensure the well-being of 15 residents.
Job requirements include; an appropriate degree, three years of experience in the field and one year of supervisory experience. Applicants must be able to work flexible hours, pass Level II background screening, obtain a negative drug test, and possess a valid Florida driver’s license with a safe driving record.
HCDC is a drug-free workplace and complies with all EOOC standards.
