PSI customer service representative (CSR)

Responsibilities:
As one of our CSRs, you'll telephone our client's customer base to request specialized information and gather data using established scripts and procedures, then record the information in either written or electronic formats. You'll be expected to conduct calls in a professional and respectful manner and to complete any other tasks assigned by your Supervisor.
Requirements:
Shift is 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM - Patience and a pleasant phone manner are the essential qualities we look for. Experience in clerical or customer service positions is helpful.
