Cardiovascular Service Line Manager\OHHI Administration, Orlando Health

 

We are currently seeking a Cardiovascular Service Line Manager to join our Orlando Health Heart Institute team, a part of Orlando Health.

The Orlando Health Heart Institute is seeking an experienced Leader with experience preferable obtained through the management of a clinical service line. The Cardiovascular Service Line Manager is responsible for ensuring quality of care, patient-first focus and adequate patient access in daily operations within the scope of services through fiscal responsibility, resource allocation, continual process improvement, quality assurance and collaboration with physician and administrative leadership as well as other departments.

The Manager will be responsible for the Cardiac Cath Lab; EP Lab and the Pre-Post Procedural Unit. The Manager works with the cardiovascular service line leadership team toward the end goal of positioning Orlando Health to be the most advanced and comprehensive center for heart care in Florida, achieved through the over-arching organizational strategies of Patient-First, clinically integrated, quality outcome-driven model of care.

Roles:

In partnership with physician leadership, responsible for developing short and long-term strategic goals centered on patient care, process efficiency, budget, employee recruitment and retention, quality assurance, regulatory compliance and organizational change.

The Service Line Manager has direct accountability for creation and performance of an annual budget up to $20 million and is responsible for a staff of up to 75-100 full-time equivalents.

The role of the Service Line Manager encompasses Operations Management, Leadership, Communications Finance, Performance Improvement and Strategic Business Development.

Requirements and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree.

* Minimum of five years Management experience.

* Demonstrates attributes inherent to successful execution of determined goals.

* Cath Lab or EP Lab experience required.

* Demonstrates data-driven mentality through continued analysis of relevant service line, system and industry-wide trends, including ability to translate data into actionable information through the use of dashboards and other measures toward the goal of continual process improvement.
