Mechanical Engineer/Designer (Tampa)

Carastro & Associates, Inc. is an established engineering firm with over 50 years in business, providing consulting engineering services for healthcare, mission critical, educational and commercial facilities. We currently have the following opening:  • Mechanical Designer or Engineer with 5 years HVAC design experience. PE license a plus, but not mandatory. Responsibilities include the development and production of engineering construction documents, design and specification of HVAC systems. Must be proficient with Carrier HAP or Trane Tracer HVAC load software. US Permanent Residency or US citizenship is required. Knowledge of AutoCAD and or Revit. Candidates must be able to perform field surveys, meet with clients, coordinate with other disciplines and work as part of a design team.
