Position Qualifications:
• 2+ Years verifiable experience in COMMERCIAL real estate funding (Recent) not years ago someone that has been currently in the commercial lending industry.
• Experienced in commercial Hard Money / Private Equity / SBA or CREIT spectrum
• Documented experience dealing directly with borrowers and lenders
• Ability to read and critique both personal and business financial statements, all tax schedules, credit reports, etc.
• Highly organized
