Job Description
- Provide Kobie Marketing’s internal and external clients with leading-edge loyalty consulting and program design.
- Ensure quality intellectual capital is provided to clients by keeping abreast of loyalty best practices, innovation, and application across multiple business verticals.
- Provide actionable, measurable plans and recommendations which are implemented in partnership with the client.
- Work cross-functionally within Kobie to leverage all available resources and ensure a quality work product in delivered on time, within budget.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
• Assist the Director of Strategic Consulting in Loyalty Program Assessment, Analysis, Design, and Program development / redesign for the Kobie client base
• Work with the Consulting Specialist, and Decision Science team members, to identify relevant trends, insights, and loyalty recommendations for Client Service Quarterly Reviews. Continuously strive to demonstrate these trends and insights in an easily understandable, intuitive manner via various mediums including verbal presentation
• Work with Director of Strategic Consulting to develop bi-annual industry vertical overviews for internal Kobie Marketing consumption as well as external client usage
• Help support the development of Competitive Intelligence overviews, through participation in a Kobie cross-functional team setting, for both internal and client use
• Work with Director of Strategic Consulting in the ongoing development of materials for Kobie Business Development and Marketing highlighting Kobie’s Strategic Consulting capabilities, products, and services
Skills/Requirements
Education
- Bachelors’ degree, or commensurate work experience, required
Job Experience
- 5 - 8 years of experience in hands-on loyalty program management, campaign management, behavioral data analysis and segmentation. An analytical, detail-oriented mindset and strong project management skillset are required.
Required Skill Set:
• Familiarity with all elements of a best-practice loyalty program, including a good topline understanding of associated technology and behavioral data usage
• A strong knowledge, and significant hands-on experience, in campaign management: planning, targeting, forecasting, design, execution, and post-performance analysis against KPI’s required. Experience with personal P&L accountability is highly desirable
• Good breadth and depth experience with various best-practice segmentation methodologies and usage models required
• Strong familiarity with standard loyalty reporting outputs and associated metrics across multiple business verticals preferred
• Ability to achieve strategic consulting goals while working with clients and peers from multiple functional areas, and all levels of an organization, is required
• Ability to review diverse information sources, competing methodologies, and derive a fact-based, defensible point of view is required
• Highly self-motivated, skilled problem-solvers are encouraged to apply
