Housekeeping Residential and Commercial Cleaning Paid Drive Time

Looking To Hire  

Residential and Commercial housekeeping first shift 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.

2nd shift 5:30pm - 2 a.m.     Looking To Hire Immediately.

Must have a clean driving Record At Least 5 years Driving History To Drive Company Vehicle

Experience required,  Paid Drive Time  driving to and from customers house using Company Vehicle  must be able to speak English willing to work  Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.  And 5:30p.m -2:00a.m Guarantee 25-35 Hours Weekly.

Position Overview

Professionally clean residential homes using unique cleaning procedures and products. The overall objective is to leave the home looking and smelling freshly cleaned and groomed.

Job Description 

- Dust and remove cobwebs from ceiling vents, fans, air returns, walls and baseboards using extension duster
- Dust furniture thoroughly including tops, sides, legs and bases 
- Wipe clean mirrors, horizontal surfaces 
- Treat wood furniture with approved product and soft cloth
- Vacuum upholstered furniture including pillows and cushions 
- Vacuum carpeted floors using edge attachments when necessary
- Pick up and arrange items neatly 
- Gather and remove trash
- Refrigerator cleaned - inside and out
- Stove cleaned - inside and out
- Clean kitchen cabinets - inside and out
- Clean inside of patio door and entry glass
- Window sills and tracks thoroughly wiped down
- Door frames, woodwork spot cleaned
- Baseboards wiped clean
- Treat wood furniture with approved product and soft cloth
- Inside of windows will be cleaned using appropriate solution and cloth

Qualifications 
 
Requirements

- All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and must pass a criminal background
- Drug And Back Ground Checks Are (required)
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Current liability insurance on automobile (required)

- Strong and positive interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate with the Branch Manager/Service Manager and customers
- Ability to understand and execute directives
- Ability to differentiate between variously colored cleaning products by identifying the color or product name.
- Ability to define specific uses of cleaning products.
- Ability to read and understand cleaning instructions indicated on customized service reports.
- Ability to endure strong physical demands consistently throughout the course of the day.
- Must be able to drive to and from various job sites.
